1. Introduction

Welcome to Smart Yield 40. By accessing our website or investing in our farm plots, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our business model involves the sale of 40 exclusive farm plots, each measuring 145 Sq.Ft, which include a farmhouse and red sandalwood plantation.

2. Investment Plan Details

• Plot Size: Each plot is 145 Sq.Ft.
• Availability: Limited to 40 plots only.
• Inclusions: Land ownership, farmhouse construction, and red sandalwood plantation.
• Returns: Investors will receive monthly or yearly returns generated from active farming on the land.
• Maturity: After 15 years, the profits from the sale of red sandalwood will be shared as per the agreement.

3. Payment & Registration

All payments must be made through authorized channels. Land registration will be processed upon receipt of full payment. The company reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment schedules are not met.
